Both plans let you review and edit separate effective and expiration dates for general liability and workers' compensation. Pro schedules expiry emails at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days for dates on the latest approved COI, addressed to the sub and your team, with the saved broker email copied when present.
Missing dates need to be entered and confirmed. Older certificates are not automatically backfilled, and an unknown WC expiration cannot trigger a WC reminder.

Enter or correct each sub's work periods on either plan. On Pro, select your audit dates, including a March-to-March period, to find overlapping work and export the selected roster as CSV or a ZIP with relevant retained certificates.
The report flags unknown work dates and gaps in certificate evidence. Unknown work dates are included for review by default and can be excluded explicitly. Project membership and policy dates do not establish when a sub worked. Reconcile the report with your job or payment records; CoiLoop cannot recreate missing history or certify coverage.
